Please read the following to assist you when registering: 

Choose:

"Team Sponsorship" - if ONE person will pay for the team and list players.  

It's ok if you don' know a name yet.... just put TBD and we will fill it in when you know the name.
You may pay via cc online or choose CHECK payment @ checkout. 

OR:

"Individual Player" - If you do not have a foursome OR your team members would prefer to pay separately.

Please note - You may PAY as an individual and still play on a team - simply list the team name or other players in the special instructions so we can pair you together for tournament play. You may pay via cc online or choose CHECK payment @ checkout.
